→The NSX- 6 series machine automatically erects cartons by means of a rotary motion vacuum pick off from a magazine by detection, and places them into continuously moving flighted chains. The product can be placed either automatically or manually into the product bucket conveyor and is then loaded into the carton. The product buckets slide over to the carton opening at the point of loading thereby allowing close control of the product. The machine is fitted with a no carton no product reject unit which rejects the product outside the guard line of the machine. After loading, glue is applied to the bottom major flaps on both sides, These are then closed and sealed automatically. The cartons are then discharged by powered side belts
