Product Development Manager (MHWS)

The Product Development Manager (MHWS) will drive the strategic growth of Syspex Indonesia’s Material Handling and Warehousing Solutions portfolio. This role focuses on expanding our market footprint by identifying industry gaps, adapting safety-centric warehousing solutions for the Indonesian market, and bridging the gap between technical capability and commercial execution.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Achieve product sales budget in line with company direction
  • Prepare yearly sales forecast
  • Working together with Marketing Team to uplift Syspex Company Branding in the Market
  • Market research to ensure the products are competitive
  • Plan marketing strategy to develop product selling and increase company profit
  • Develop and set up infrastructure to simplify selling process, such as quotation format, email introduction, competitor comparison, and pricelist
  • Increase Product Knowledge from Sales Person by conducting training and sharing
  • Support general sales team to achieve product sales budget
  • Build a strong relationship with principal in order to create a long term sustainable business
  • Make sure that customer’s PO and PO to suppliers are technically correct.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1), preferably in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, or related fields.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales or product management, having a strong track record of success within sales or product management, ideally within warehousing industry (racking, industrial door, docking system, LED lamp, etc)
  • Having experience in product management especially warehousing and automation products will be an advantage.
    Self-motivated, persistent and disciplined.
  • Highly goal oriented and possess excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
  • Possess a valid driving license (SIM A) and willing to travel for customer visits.
  • Good command in English.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
