URANO Print And Apply System

URANO Print And Apply Tamp Blow Applicator – prints and applies the last label on the upper,lower or side of the box, by the help of an air fl ow that blows till 10mm distance from pad. Boxes can be in movement or standstill.

Available versions are the following ones:

Air-flow Print & Apply, with or without piston, for labelling products in movement without touch
Piston Print Apply,for labelling still products by touch
Oscillating piston Print&Apply, for labelling high speed moving products by touch
Autodimensioning accessory, for labelling products being diff erent in height and size, arriving on the belt from same production line
90° rotating arm Print&apply for labelling on the front and on the back of standstill products or in movement.

URANO Spit E Power

System designed for printing and applying labels on products moving along lines at a maximum speed of 15 m/min. It can print barcodes, logos, expiry dates, product descriptions and serial numbers (even progressive numbers).

Options: Supporting column – Windows software for creating labels – End of labels/end of tape alarm.

URANO CONCORDE Corner Application

This system allows you to print and apply labels to box corners “in real time”. Ideal for printing variable data on each label. System managed by a control unit with a micoprocessor or PLC. Suction arm consists in label suction fans and label conveyor belts positioned along the application arm with pneumatic operation (system available with Zebra, Datamax, Cab and Sato printers).

URANO Front / Side Pneumatic For Pallet

Pneumatic applicator for printing and application of labels on the front and side of the pallet.

After sucking the printed label, a pneumatic system completes a 90° revolution and positions the label on the front and side.

System available with Zebra, Datamax, Tec, Cab, Sato printers.
