SIS Safe&Stop rear maneuvering active assistance system. It detects an obstacle in the maneuvering area, the driver gets alerted by acoustic and visual signals, automatic slowing down and blocking is activated thus avoiding the risk of collision.
HOW IT WORKS
Whenever an obstacle is detected by the ultrasonic sensor placed at the rear of the vehicle, the driver is warned through acoustic and visual signals given by the display placed in the cabin; slowing down and blocking are automatically activated thus avoiding the risk of collision.

COMPONENTS
- Ultrasonic CySens sensor: patented sensor capable of consistently and reliably detecting any object up to 4 meters; side sections enable obstacle detection up to 1.5 meters. Slowing down and blocking distance detection parameters may be set according to driver detection requirements, and side detection sections may be activated/deactivated. The sensor is capable of consistently and reliably detecting an object up to 4 meters perpendicularly from the emission point. The combination of central and side sections generates a detecting coverage of about 180° with respect to the rear end of the truck.
- Advanced MiniMind display: The advanced display may be considered the core of the system. It works as a central unit processing incoming signals received from the sensor thus providing the operator with visual and acoustic signals. Extremely compact (40x130x36mm) it can be easily installed in the cabin.
