This new counter of PACK MOVER line is designed to work beside the guillotine for a rapid and effective product flow.
Instead of restacking the trimmed reams, the guillotine operator make them shift into the inlet of the automatic counter on air surfaces. PACK MOVER LP counts and splits them into packs ready for packaging.
Counting and Folding.
PACK MOVER LP automatically splits the inlet pack into batches of preset quantity.
It then impresses a central folding on the counted pack and lays it on a conveyor ready for packaging.
If not required, the machine can be delivered also without the folding unit.
Benefits.
It is not necessary to restack the trimmed / cut reams, since they are moved directly to the counting.
No need for pile handling. Naturally, PACK MOVER LP can be used independently from a guillotine station, the operator loading the reams into the machine.
Counting is done without curling nor scratching the sheets thanks to the original DUAL SYSTEM technology..
