Sales Support Executive

To personally provide excellent standards of selling & customer service by:
Sales Support
  • Handle sales enquiries by all channels and provide the comprehensive product information
  • Managing existing customer accounts and grow new accounts
  • Understanding and demonstrating customer care and high levels of customer service
  • Displaying good listening skills to identify customer needs
  • Confidently making and closing sales
  • Address all customer complaints and make sure that they are resolved in time and with the given guidelines
Order Fulfillment
  • Upload Sales Order, prepare delivery order and invoice with good accuracy
  • Update customers on delivery schedule on time
  • Ensure sufficient inventory for committed orders
  • Raise purchase requisition for sales orders
  • Update information of  incoming goods to SAP system
  • Document preparation and tracking of loan and rental equipment
  • Any other duties assigned by supervisor
  • Diploma with relevant working experience in customer service
  • Good verbal & written communication skills, able to liaise with Mandarin speaking customers
  • Team player, self-motivated, proactive and able to work independently
  • Detail-oriented, meticulous, able to multi-task in fast paced environment.
  • Able to prioritize effectively, well organised and accomplish assignments on time
  • SAP B1 and Salesforce knowledge will be advantageous
