Required Skill & Knowledge:

  • Responsible for delivery of sales revenue in the assigned territory to achieve or exceed the revenue quota
  • Responsible for prospecting in the assigned territory to achieve the annual revenue quota
  • Responsible to tenders and prepare proposal/work orders where required. Articulate the value proposition; focus on selling business outcomes; solution sales approach and ensuring the propositions are technically sound deliverable, competitive and representative of market leaderships to address key business issues.
  • Ensure approval processes are followed by all opportunities.
  • Provide accurate qualification, forecasting and analysis of opportunities using company specified methodology.
  • Continuously pursue relationships with client industries and identify new opportunities for sales penetration
  • Prioritise personal and team effort on opportunities to maximize signings and revenue.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving quota and exceeding quota targets
  • Demonstrated understanding of enterprise solution implementations
  • Ability to establish and manage executive level customer relationships
  • Ability to handle multiple complex sales cycles simultaneously
 Education and experience:
  • Minimum of 5 years of field level enterprise solution sales specifically selling into aligned territories
  • Minimum of 5 years successfully experience as a direct contributor carrying an individual quota
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or a Degree in any field
  • Good communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the Sales field is required for this position, preferably in Industrial line.
  • Applicants should be Malaysian citizen and possess own transport.
  • Possess aggressiveness and eagerness to succeed in life
  • Self motivated, dynamic, possess strong initiative and interpersonal skills, able to work independently with minimum supervision and deliver results.
  • Able to communicate well with others when work in a team
  • Fast learning skill that able to pick up new products knowledge easily
  • If you have experience in leading a team is an added advantage
