Technical Sales Engineer

  • To achieve the technical sales & gross profit budget assigned by the company. The budget setting will based on the territory covered by this position
  • Always maintain a healthy technical business prospect bank based on the expectation set by company
  • To conduct an effective presentation, work out the right proposal/quotation for customers and manage all necessary negotiation.
  • Focus on spare parts, preventive maintenance, machine overhaul business and etc.
  • Develop technical business key customers through acquiring high value technical solutions that make customers feel safe.
  • To support after-sales engineers to identify the technical business opportunities and work together to close the order
  • Work closely between inter-department in order to ensure all technical business process flow is smooth and effective.
  • This position required frequent business travelling to Penang, Melaka & Johor.


  • 3 – 5 years sales experience
  • Good communication (oral and written) in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin
  • Education: Diploma or Bachelor Degree, Major in engineering courses is added advantage
  • Personnel with technical sales experience will be added advantages
  • Past working experience in a similar industry like Syspex will be added advantage
