JOB DESCRIPTION
To carry out all service functions including installation, commissioning, technical training, PM, Demo, repairs of Syspex product range of machine in-house or on customer’s site.
To identify & troubleshoot machine problem
To handle Project task (machine overhaul/automation/modification work)
To increase Technical Revenue by doing some Technical Sales.
To perform scheduled daily repaired
To provide technical support to sales persons & customers on machine application enquiry.
To participate in sales activities by providing product demonstration and advanced technical support to sales teams
Work inter-dependently and deliver a high level of customer satisfaction
Effective to update service task record and achieve daily service target assigned
To submit service report to technical admin on time
To submit technical weekly report on time
To supervise team on daily job assignment and meeting.
Assist Area Technical Manager when required.
REQUIREMENTS
Diploma or Degree in Electrical or equivalent
At least 2-3 years of working experience in repair/servicing machinery.
Good communication (verbal and written) in Bahasa Malaysia, English and able to speak Mandarin.
Computer literate in use of Microsoft Office applications and outlook
Detail-oriented, able to multi-task in fast-paced environment
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently
Possess own transport and willing to travel
Possess a strong sense of commitment, good leadership qualities, analytical & interpersonal skill
