JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Manage the recruitment process, including creating job descriptions, posting job ads, reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, and making job offers.
  • Develop and implement employee training and development programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the workforce.
  • Handle employee relations issues, such as resolving conflicts, addressing grievances, and facilitating communication between management and employees.
  • Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring that they are competitive and comply with legal requirements.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with the organization’s goals and objectives.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and ensure that they are securely stored.
  • Stay up-to-date with HR trends and best practices, and make recommendations to management for improving HR processes and procedures.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in HR management or a related field.
  • Knowledge of HR policies and procedures, employment laws, and regulations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR management software.
