Key Account Executive

  • Retain and grow sales within existing key account customers, responsible for monthly revenue goals.
  • Developing a solid and trusting relationship between key accounts and company.
  • Resolving key account issues and complaints.
  • Anticipating key account changes and improvements.
  • Provide full range of packaging & warehousing solutions to customers to enhance their business.
  • To maximize profit by up-selling or cross-selling
  • Planning and presenting reports on account progress, goals, and initiatives to share with supervisor and management.
  • Meeting all client needs and deliverables according to proposed timelines.
  • Coordinate with internal cross-functional teams in supporting customers.
  • Execute strategic programs and other tasks assigned by supervisor or management.


  • Minimum of 2 years of field level industrial solution sales and preferable have experience to handle company key customer with proven record.
  • Minimum of 2 years successfully experience as a direct contributor carrying an individual quota
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or a Degree in any field
  • Good communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin
