JOB DESCRIPTION
Develop and update comprehensive HSE procedure, HSE Plan, JHA/JSA, and CSMS
To identify any aspects of compliance to the applicable laws and regulations
To carry out hazard identification, risk assessment, and risk control, with respective functions, aiming as-low-as-reasonably-practicable (ALARP) risk level
To carry out HSE Inspection, follow up as applicable to the respective departments, evaluate and monitor the effectiveness
To work together with HSE Committee to build and improve safety culture
Conduct needs analyses for company environmental health and training programs
Travel to customer site locations (If needed) to coordinate with safety officer project
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum graduated from Diploma, preferable from public health or occupational health and safety major
Having active certificate of AK3 Umum (BNSP, Disnaker dan AK3U), PLB3 dan POPAL or PPPA.
Minimum 3-year experience in HSE roles at high-risk industry (Construction, Services, ME)
Proven ability in demonstrate skill & knowledge on HSE management system
