JOB DESCRIPTION
Update and follow up on customer’s maintenance contract status time to time.
To do filling for all maintenance contract check list and service report
Process inventory transfer in SAP
Handle and control in-house stock (warehouse management)
Follow-up with purchaser to ensure purchases are received on time
Liaise with engineer to pick and pack outgoing shipment
Measure non-profitable program
Sign for and distribute courier packages
Prepare year end stock list for account audit closing
Maintaining confidentiality in all aspects on the company data
As and when delegated/ dedicated
REQUIREMENTS
Process Diploma/Degree in Business Administration or any discipline.
Minimum 2 years’ experience in customer service will be added advantage.
Pleasant personality, customer-oriented and communicates well at all levels.
Ability to work indecently with minimum supervision.
Computer literacy especially Microsoft office
Ability to effectively communicate in both verbally and written in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia.
