JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Update and follow up on customer’s maintenance contract status time to time.
  • To do filling for all maintenance contract check list and service report
  • Process inventory transfer in SAP
  • Handle and control in-house stock (warehouse management)
  • Follow-up with purchaser to ensure purchases are received on time
  • Liaise with engineer to pick and pack outgoing shipment
  • Measure non-profitable program
  • Sign for and distribute courier packages
  • Prepare year end stock list for account audit closing
  • Maintaining confidentiality in all aspects on the company data
  • As and when delegated/ dedicated

REQUIREMENTS

  • Process Diploma/Degree in Business Administration or any discipline.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in customer service will be added advantage.
  • Pleasant personality, customer-oriented and communicates well at all levels.
  • Ability to work indecently with minimum supervision.
  • Computer literacy especially Microsoft office
  • Ability to effectively communicate in both verbally and written in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia.
