We are looking for a Business Development Executive, who has a passionate and driven personality and is prepared to lead strategic business growth and drive transformational change in the digital age. Syspex is dedicated to become a super-efficient industrial B2B solutions provider.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Develop new customers and businesses. Grow account revenue, market share and profit goals to meet objectives.
  • Develop trusting long-term relationships with customers through managing and interpreting their requirements.
  • Convince customers that our products and services would best satisfy their needs in addition to value-adding to their needs.
  • Develop and provide pre-sales technical assistance and product education to customers.
  • Negotiate tenders and contract terms and conditions to meet both customers’ and company’s needs.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives through development of new businesses, coordination of sales projects and existing business penetration.
  • Maintain effective teamwork with members of the Sales Team and other functional teams.
  • Other tasks as assigned

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum Diploma in Engineering/Business Management or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years business development or account management experience (industrial products preferred)
  • Possesses Singapore Class 3 Drivers’ License (preferably with your own vehicle)
  • Experienced in conducting training/sales pitches for customers
  • Outgoing, positive, aggressive, self-motivated and with a hunter mentality
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure
  • Strong communication skills and teamwork attitude
