JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Retain and grow sales within existing key account customers, responsible for monthly revenue goals
  • Developing a solid and trusting relationship between key accounts and company.
  • Resolving key account issues and complaints.
  • Anticipating key account changes and improvements.
  • Provide full range of packaging & warehousing solutions to customers to enhance their business
  • To maximize profit by up-selling or cross-selling
  • Planning and presenting reports on account progress, goals, and initiatives to share with supervisor and management.
  • Meeting all client needs and deliverables according to proposed timelines
  • Coordinate with internal cross-functional teams in supporting customers
  • Execute strategic programs and other tasks assigned by supervisor or management

REQUIREMENTS

  • Candidate must possess Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
  • At least 3 Years of working experience in the related field is required for this position and will be an added benefit.
  • Preferred language(s):  English, Mandarin (Candidates fluent in Mandarin preferred as the role requires dealing with Mandarin-speaking clients.)
  • Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Industrial Sales
