JOB DESCRIPTION
Retain and grow sales within existing key account customers, responsible for monthly revenue goals
Developing a solid and trusting relationship between key accounts and company.
Resolving key account issues and complaints.
Anticipating key account changes and improvements.
Provide full range of packaging & warehousing solutions to customers to enhance their business
To maximize profit by up-selling or cross-selling
Planning and presenting reports on account progress, goals, and initiatives to share with supervisor and management.
Meeting all client needs and deliverables according to proposed timelines
Coordinate with internal cross-functional teams in supporting customers
Execute strategic programs and other tasks assigned by supervisor or management
REQUIREMENTS
Candidate must possess Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
At least 3 Years of working experience in the related field is required for this position and will be an added benefit.
Preferred language(s): English, Mandarin (Candidates fluent in Mandarin preferred as the role requires dealing with Mandarin-speaking clients.)
Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Industrial Sales
