JOB DESCRIPTION
Support Sales person by providing consultation on conceptual machine design to the customer, analysis the requirements and specification of a project and determine the cost involved
Liaise with Oversea Machine Makers / System Integrators / Engineering Suppliers to come out with a complete solution and costing to meet Customer’s Project expectations and requirements.
To manage and follow up project prospect with sales team, project forecasts planning and scheduling
To do machine demo or product sample trial in house or on site together with Salesperson and Customer.
Communicate with machine principal in order to fulfill customer expectations and requirements.
To communicate with customers for project schedule, approved layout, technical requirements, delivery timeline, etc.
Attend meeting with customer to understand customer’s requirement, site visit, coordination and supervise work progress
Ability to multitask effectively handling multiple on-going projects together with the technical team.
Continuous development of new product & machine knowledge
Liaise with Technical PIC assigned to each project installation
Create punch list to follow up per each project
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical) or equivalent
Good communication skills (written and verbal) in English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin
At least 3 years of working experience in industrial sector
