Application and Solutions Engineer - Syspex

JOB DESCRIPTION

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable machine and automation solutions.
Develop technical proposals, solutions, and costing in collaboration with overseas suppliers and system integrators.
Support the Sales team with customer presentations, product demonstrations, and site visits.
Coordinate project execution, including technical clarifications, layout approvals, and delivery schedules.
Work closely with the Technical Team to ensure successful installation, commissioning, and project handover.

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechatronics, or a related field).
2–3 years of experience in automation, machinery, or a related industry is an advantage.
Passionate about learning new technologies and solving technical problems.
Able to communicate effectively in Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking customers and suppliers.
Willing to travel for customer site visits and project support when required.
